My fellow kindred,
It is in the aftermath of the chaos that occurred in New Orleans these past few weeks that I am updating my Report. Our thoughts go out to those that fell in defense of their city.
It is my great pleasure to introduce: Kole, the Prince of New Orleans; Red, Senechal of New Orleans; Avarice Lynn, Keeper of New Orleans; Lillian Rose, Sheriff of the city; and, myself, Frank Parker, Harpy of the city.
Other Vampires of Note in the city of New Orleans include: Ember, a visiting dignitary from the Followers of Set; Ethan Sumter, the primogen for the Nosferatu Clan; Hamilton Edwards, the primogen of the Ventrue Clan; Adara Lykforn, the primogen of the Brujah Clan; Madame Willow, the primogen of the Toreador Clan; and Calvin Jones/Mask, the primogen of the Malkavian Clan.
